A little bit about me.

I'm Charlotte an AI-native UX designer based in New York, currently working at PwC's Commercial Technology & Innovation group, where I design and build enterprise AI products for the advisory business.

What I do.

I sit at the intersection of design and engineering. Gone are the days of just handing off to developers; I ship production frontend code using Cursor, Claude, and GitHub, and I design the interfaces that make agentic AI tools actually usable for enterprise clients. Right now I'm the primary AI UX designer across PwC Managed Services, delivering AI agent UIs for 16 client-facing pods.

Currently.

I studied Information Science with a UX Design concentration at the University of Michigan, where I worked on everything from NASA AR/HoloLens research to criminal justice nonprofit redesigns. A minor in Entrepreneurship pushed me to think beyond craft toward product ownership, business impact, and building things that last.

Outside of work.

You’ll find me at a yoga class, trying a new restaurant in the East Village, stalking Google Flights to plan my next adventure, or nose-buried in a good book (I’m trying to read 26 books in 2026)!
